I am male, 42, 6'5", 320 lbs., non-smoker, taking topamax, imitrex, gabapentin, and potassium.
I have a history of Bipolar Disorder, Migraines, and non-cancerous growths. Recent MRI scans show all the signs of Multiple Sclerosis.

Last June, my Neurologist of 10 years kicked me to the curb.
I've been getting yearly MRI's done because of my migraines. This year, the MRI showed something different. My PCP called me in for a sit down and said, "We need to find you a neurologist." Figuring it was bad new, I just ask for honesty.
Was told that the MRI is showing all the signs of MS. That we need to find a neurologist to go further and do a Lumbar Puncture for a definitive diagno

I have very oily hair. I've tried various shampoo, shampoo/condition combination, 2 in 1's. Hair feels great afterwards, but by the next morning it's oily. Like I can run my hand through my hair and come away with a visible sheen of oil on my hand.
Also, gels and mousse doesn't work for long. Sure it has a hold, but after a couple of hours, it's limp.
I've had this problem for years and am just about to the point of giving up. Someone referred me to this sub for help.

Any advice on how to get it under control?

What foods to avoid, etc. Given a pain shot and sent back to that pharmacy. One of the Pharm tech people grabbed a bottle of milk of magnesia and a bottle of calcium citrate. Told me to take a double dose of the MoM and drink the whole bottle of the CC. Did so.
I belched a lot and felt relief. And then my bowels emptied. I fel

I'm in Oklahoma. I went to a mental health clinic for a period of five years. I've since moved on to a new place and have gone back to the previous place to get a copy of my medical records. They are refusing to give them to me, saying that they can't legally give them to me.
I have since consulted the rules of HIPAA as well as Oklahoma state law regarding medical records from a mental health clinic facility. Both say that I can get a copy for a reasonable amount. I have since gone back and pointed this out, but have still be refused.

I filed a complaint with HIPAA, who said that they were going to handle it internally, but that the facility had 30 days to comply with the request.
