The model is an LG OLED B7. It was purchased through Costco with a extended warranty for a total of approximately 8 years.
I've noticed this for quite some time but I finally decided to say something about it. This is most noticeable when the TV is turned on and sits on a semi black screen.
The TV is hardly used other than minor gaming on an Xbox One X or using a Shield TV.
