I’m gonna be completely honest, I’ve never really cared about this sort of thing. I generally just wished the government stayed out of our ways and we let people be who they want to be.

That’s where it confused about neo pronouns. I understand the idea of being trans and preferred pronouns, however I can’t find much reasoning for them at all. All I really see is it’s just another way for non binary people to have pronouns, which I always assumed they/them was the option you would choose.

So I guess my main question is what’s the purpose of these neo pronouns and why is they/them not applicable to everyone? Is this something that’s kind of expected to know?

So right now, I'm currently 22 and have a NASM certification. I do some personal training on the side (mostly for people I know) but have realized that with all of them what I've cared most about is getting their body right. I don't really care about constructing routines and getting apparent healthy people stronger, I've been caring much more when they have problems that need to be fixed.

I don't care about all of these little icons they have scattered in the entire item shop, including the items themselves. A lot of the shops problems would be removed if instead of having icons for the filters, have a setting that makes it just words, and removes the icons in the descriptions. Also making the descriptions smaller so you don't have to scroll to see the entire description.

I do not browse Reddit often so I don't know this has been brought up, apologies if I'm just writing 100 other posts in different words.

I have my m.2 boot drive showing up, however both my new fresh out of the box hard drive and ssd are not showing up in BIOS, device management or anywhere. I plugged another ssd into it with the same cables, and it shows up. Any ideas what the problem could be? I mean what are the chances that I got 2 broken drives?

I sold a couple of shares, won't let me withdraw. It says I have cash available to withdraw on my account summary but when I try to withdraw, it says I have nothing to withdraw.

This is pretty controversial, and a lot of people think tipping is just a way for the restaurant to save money, and while it undeniably is, it benefits hard workers. I'm a busser who gets 30-50 a night from mandatory tip outs, and often get 5-30 from the server I work with that night, and most nights I get at least 5 bucks in side tips from customers, if it's a really busy night, I've had nights where I walk with $50 from side tips alone.

If tipping wasn't expected, I would probably make $10-12 hourly with a very occasional small sidetip from a customer, opposed to minimum wage + ~5 an hour from mandatory tip outs, and ~2 an hour from side tips.

The fact around half my money comes from tip

I got a $50 gift card for christmas, not Steam specific, just a normal gift card, and now it wants me to verify it but I can't because I used all 50 on steam. I wanted to do a case unboxing and now I can't buy any cases on the market. Anything I can do?

So I've had the same rig for years, and it's always been fine. Temps were always normal. However, lately my CPU won't cool. I noticed this because my computer to started to randomly start shutting off while I'm doing anything (not even intensive all the time). I got to the conclusion it was my CPU because while checking the temps, I noticed that it would shut down when it passed 85°. I replaced my front fan, which I noticed wasn't working, and also took off the old thermal paste and put new paste on it. I dusted out the computer, and now it theoretically should be running perfectly fine, however it is still not cooling down.
