I love going to the gatherings, but I always have a problem when it comes to transporting matcha accessories. While chawans are easy to handle, I'm always worried about my chasen and chashaku.

Most of my chasens came in plastic containers, but they seem to have increased in volume a bit after being used, and I can no longer close the lid without bending the whisks. Are there any safe ways of transporting chasens used by matcha practicing travellers?

I'm looking to ways of utilizing my JR pass time to the fullest. I already have my lodgings arranged so my goal is finding trips that I could do in 1 day from Tokyo, preferably involving Shinkansen travel. I'll have one longer trip to Kyoto/Osaka, but there are still a couple free days in my 7 day pass.

Is Sendai worth the ride? I'm also thinking about Shizuoka or Nagoya.

I've already been to Hakodate, Hakone, Odawara, Kamakura, Yokohama, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara.

We'll be coming to Tokyo next year in the middle of Golden Week, we'll stay there for 3 weeks. We're prepared for the transport to be difficult until 7th of May - but what happens after that? Is it still difficult to book lodgings and are trains still packed more than usually?

We're trying to determine when to use our week long JR pass, should we wait a week and start traveling further from Tokyo after the 14th of May?

I'll be staying in Japan (Kanto and Kansai regions) for 3 weeks and I'm looking for a good offer to rent a mobile Wi-Fi. I've seen plenty of promotional offers for 2 week visits, but have problem finding a good deal for a 3 week stay.

http://www.globaladvancedcomm.com/pocketwifi.html STANDARD WiFi will cost me 9,450 JPY for 20 days. with a 10 GB cap.

http://rental.cdjapan.co.jp/index_en_jpy_7.html "High Speed & UNLIMITED DATA USAGE" is 9450 JPY for 21 days

Those 2 are the best offers I found, does anyone have any experiences with them or knows a better one?

Is there a smartwatch that not only monitors your sleep cycle, but also can wake you up when your in a light sleep phase? Basically I am looking for a Mii band with a display that shows time. So far everything I find is either a band with no display, or a watch that only monitors your sleep and syncs data with a phone app.

I've been looking for some tea accessories on aliexpress, and I'm seeing many offers like this one: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Made-in1970-ripe-pu-er-tea-357g-oldest-puer-tea-ansestor-antique-honey-sweet-dull-red/1901197796.html

The seller claims it's a 200$ tea discounted to 12$. Since I doubt deals like this would be true, especially for goods like pu erh that doesn't need to worry about close expiraton date I'm wondering - is this just someone selling counterfits, or is this a scam attempt?

I have an app that has many activities, the main one being a splash screen that launches the proper main activity after doing some background work. When I drag an icon from the installed app list to the start screen of the phone, then launch the app, do something, press home - pressing the app icon brings the app from background instantly, returning to the last displayed activity and state. That's the behavior I want.

But after publishing the app, when I download it form Play Store it makes an automatic icon on the phones start screen. But that icon always launches the main activity of my app - a splash screen. When I make another icon next to it my dragging from the app list - it acts the

I have a bunch of .keystore files, and an apk file that was signed with one of them. I need to check, which of them was used to sign it. I also need to check the certificate name and alias of every keystore.

So far I've been using "jarsigner -verify -verbose -keystore keystore_file apk_file.apk" to check if the apk was signed, but I don't know how to check the certificate names and aliases in .keystore files. Is there a simillar command I failed to find?
