I was really trying not to be that guy, but the constant posts pointing out the book 6 placeholders for date and title, and the would you rather animated or live-action, movie or TV series posts are getting out of hand. (yes, I know that I can just scroll on by) Maybe we can get a couple of posts stickied one for Book 6 (what we know so far and any updates) and one for the TV Series (what we know so far and any updates)

Don't forget about the Kickstarter for the Red Rising Playing cards.
I have research for a couple of days looking for a way to edit default printer settings with Powershell.
Specifically, I am trying to set the Default Source Tray and the Default Number of Copies.
Unfortunately, I have not come up with much in the way of a Powershell solution, and I am wondering if that is because one doesn't really exist.
To clarify, I am looking to change the default windows printer settings so that anything that is printed to that particular printer name would always print with those settings.
Thanks for any insight that any of you can provide.
Pre-Order is Live for the Red Rising Board Game (Collector's Edition - $50)
stonemaiergames.com/games/red-rising/Our service desk has recently started seeing an increase in calls where a user who is saving an XLS file is seeing TMP files created but not deleted. I am curious if anyone else has been running across this issue.
The issue only occurs under these specific circumstances:
- The remote file is an XLS file
- The file that is being opened is on a server or another pc. (ONLY ON THE SAME SUBNET)
- The server is 2012
- does not occur on 2016 or 2019
- The pc is Windows 10
- Does not occur when the remote pc is Windows 7
- The server is 2012
Other Notes:
- The PC that is opening the file is fully patched (Windows and Office)
- The source PC and Server have been fully patched
- Office 365 Semi
Recently bought a holster from cholsters.com that I really like. The site allowed you to pick the gun, the specific light/laser, and cutout for the red dot. I am curious if there are any other companies that allow you to customize to that detail?
Thanks in advance.
Does anyone have a reliable way to get wired, wireless, and VPN IPv4 addresses? I have gotten the output that I need a number of different ways, but it always seems inconsistent.
Thanks in advance.
So we are exploring the ability to use Software Center to allow the end-user to request software. The question I have is, is it possible to have someone other than an SCCM Admin approve the install? For example, John Smith requests software and the approval goes to their manager. Once the manager approves, the software is available for install.
Thanks in advance.
Sons of Ares Graphic Novel Full Cast Audio - Preorder

I am attempting to start a Task Sequence from a USB thumb drive. Once the I choose the TS, it runs through some initial steps (all in WinPE) prompts for user input (using ServiceUI and PS) and then dumps all variables to a txt file. There is a Restart Computer step that is supposed to reboot the machine back into the installed OS and move on to the rest of the TS. (So to be clear, this is basically an OSD TS without the actual apply OS / Drivers portion. The machine already has an image from a 3rd party vendor with preinstalled software)
The error I was initially getting was:
*“Task Sequence cannot continue after reboot because Task Sequence Manager is not configured to auto-start or
