Hi guys,

1st time traveller to these parts of the world. I'm looking to travel from Sevilla to Morocco in January 2026. The rough itinerary is roughly as follows:

  • Take a bus to Tarifa, and catch a ferry to Tangier
  • Stay a night in Tangier, and rent a car.
  • Drive around Morocco, visiting Chefchaouen, Fes, Meknes, and Rabat, before returning to Tangier.
  • Take a ferry from Tangier to Tarifa

My question is, I need to be in Barcelona. What is the best way to get to Barcelona without spending too much time on trains? I know Gibraltar and Jerez are the closest airports, which one would you recommend? Someone at TripAdvisor even recommends Malaga.

Is it easier to just fly from Morocco

Hi guys,

As per the title, I'm looking to rent a car from Madrid and drop it off at Seville. I'm thinking of renting an electric car like Tesla. Is it easy to charge, or should I just stick with an ICE car?

Another question: I couldn't find any information about the luggage allowance on the bus from Seville to Tarifa. We will be travelling from December to January, so we will be carrying a decent amount of luggage as we make our way across four continents.

Thanks in advance
