I genuinely don’t know why the show focuses so much on some of the side characters, especially when JB and Simone are willing to make the time for this show. From season 2, it was clear how Lady Danbury shared a great rapport with Kate and I could have easily seen her play the role Alice Mondrich was given in Season 4. Kate is witty, smart, in the Bridgerton inner circle and her dynamic with the queen could have been a very interesting, perhaps even softened her a bit…
For those in Chennai - note address is VAC (about 1km from consulate).
Arriving 15 mins in advance for both appts is sufficient otherwise you’ll need wait on the street unnecessarily.
Passport pickup is swift and convenient if there is risk of you not being at the address during delivery. They do not allow others to pick up on your behalf anymore FYI.
Social media accounts - I did not disclose anything other than LinkedIn, Instagram which is what I use most.

I just finished the OG series and shed some happy tears at the ending. I have no plans to watch the revival after reading though the high level plot. The finale was a wonderful closure to most of the arcs (although I was a tad bit disappointed about Rory and Logan’s breakup after seeing how maturely they communicated and navigated conflicts and seemed secure in their relationship as they grew).
The finale also highlighted to me that while Lorelai seemed to expect Luke to demonstrate love through words of affirmation but he was clearly always demonstrating it through acts of service - he did everything he could to make minor inconveniences (broken down car, home repairs, helping with the ya
It seemed like Christiaan had the best signature, and while he wasn’t great in the technical, his showstopper had really positive comments as well - based on that why didn’t they consider him for star baker even if Sumayah did deserve it? They seem to not discuss his performance much even though he’s had a lot of great bakes and honestly deserved star baker for Caramel week.
Here's an itinerary I was able to work on with chatGPTs help providing inputs of places I'm interested in. We are a couple visiting in autumn with a kid who's under 5.
Feedback I'm looking for:
- is this a reasonable pace
- if I had to cut or add any places from this, what would you recommend?
We are interested in culture, history, art and my kid enjoys the outdoors and beaches. This is our first trip to italy and I'm definitely tempted to pack all my wishlist places. 😅
14-Day Itinerary
Days 1-5: Northern Italy
Fly into Venice
- Stay: In Cannaregio or Dorsoduro.
- Duration: 2 days to explore Venice's canals, St. Mark's Square, Doge's Palace, and the Rialto Bridge.
Extremely confused about this sub. Can someone guide me to episode discussions vs cast member discussion threads so that I don’t come across spoilers and focus on what happened in a specific episode?
Just trying to set expectations when hiring a nanny. Pay is 26/hr in CA (if you need context on how much she is paid)
We are having to search for homes that would be suitable for ageing parents and want to know what to look out for to ensure our home remains relatively accessible for people with limited mobility
Does someone have suggestions for a bench I can purchase that is wide and sturdy enough to comfortably lie on/ stretch legs on and would be suitable as a window seat? Trying to achieve a look like the second pic! Everything I find looks like an entry way bench and seems very narrow.
reddit.com/gallery/rmqt71Seeking some design advice for these two high ceiling walls in my new home that can make it the focal point of the home. The rest of our home is pretty bland so this has the most opportunity to Wow someone as soon as they enter the space!
reddit.com/gallery/rj7f5eWhat would you do to this wall that has a square opening as well as a doorway to the living area? Break the wall or add shelving to the opening? Suggestions?
reddit.com/gallery/rj76x8Hi everyone! I’ve had this problem of dry and white lips for a few years now and am narrowing it down to the effects of central heating and lack of proper hydration. However post pregnancy it has also become darker and from a distance it appears like I have some hair on my upper lip but it’s just my skin. Any suggestions for how to treat my lips and make them look better? I tend to use laneige lip mask or aquaphor when it gets real bad.
