Este un program de generat ordine de plata sau foi de varsamant pe site ul ANAF, momentan fac asta manual pentru 60 de firme si imi vine sa fac sepuku de fiecare data cand se aproprie 20 ale lunii si trebuie sa ma apuc de ele. Are cineva o idee daca pot genera un pdf direct din python? Momentan am reusit sa fac un template in html si sa il convertesc din html in pdf cu pdfkit dar as avea nevoie de un template care sa arate exact ca cel generat de program. A mai facut cineva ceva de genul? Am vazut ca in saga se poate genera un op exact la fel.Deci ma gandesc ca exista solutii doar ca nu stiu eu unde sa caut.

I started learning about blockchain and I started to search for some resources to start a small project for learning purposes. I simply want to be able to input a date range and a meme coin and the script to pull data from the blockchain and print all the buy/sell transactions in that range the same way dexscreener prints live transactions. Basically I want to have wallet, ammout of tokens sold or bought and the sol used in the swap. For now I could get the transactions that have the coin mint address in them using getSignatureForAdress and getTransaction. But I can't seem to find a way to make sense of the instructions.

Vreau sa o inscriu pe soramea la un curs de cofetarie, din ce vad optiunile ar fi dallesgo sau atelierele ilbah, as dori sa cer o parere si sa stiu daca se face destula practica. Eu am facut un curs dar nu erau destule ustensile pt toti cursanții si nu am simtit ca am facut destula practica in cele 3 luni de curs.

Am discutat cu directorul dar nu a stiut sa imi dea un termen doar a spus ca spera ca poate saptamana aceasta daca am noroc. Am vorbit de saptaman trecuta miercuri dar nu am primit un nr de inregistrare. A spus ca merge mai greu deoarece nu am facut un antecontract cu cumparatorul sau ceva dovada.

Doresc sa vand un teren, din ce am inteles de la notar am nevoie de acordul de vanzare de la banca, directorul bancii spune ca ar avea nevoie de o dovada ca am gasit un cumparator, e nevoie neaparat ? Daca da, ce fel de dovada ar trebuii ? As dori sa urgentez tranzactia pentru saptamana viitoare si nu vreau sa ma incurc si sa pierd timp pentru acest acord.

Doresc sa vand un teren intravilan, din ce am inteles se aplica cota de 19% tva. Acesta este trecut ca uz teren agricol dar in pug e prins ca loc de constructie p+1/p+3. Nu poate fi incadrat ca si teren neconstruibil pt scutire de tva pana in momentul obtinerii autorizatiei de constructie? Sau doar terenurile extravilane sunt neconstruibile? Ce alte optiuni as avea ?

O recomandare de firma serioasa din cluj care se ocupa de case/hale din panouri sandwich?
