contriversial opinion likely but this movie did nothing for me at all

pacing is slow, dialogue boring and without consequene. Plot is nonexistant. a ship chases another ship. they fight, the end

full of melodrama - dude jumps in the ocean?? someone shoots a friendly on accident?? riveting stuff

the action pieces are fine but i didnt see much in terms of character development or learned lesson or moral

i was really surprised as i see a lot of high praise for this film. i might watch it again a while from now and see if anything changes but this is a solid 5/ 10 rn
