whats the settings of wemmbu's capes, it looks cool, pls help

I saw some old wemmbu videos and saw him with some purple critical effects and purple the bow shooting effects, anyone knows how he gets those?

can someone send type the flame text for me, the one flamefrags use on his pickaxe, thanks

So I recently downloaded a new Optifine version and when I joined the game, my Optifine cape didn't show up, I already tried reactivating my cape and tried reloading my cape but it still didn't work, what happened?

I have optifine cape but once I start the game with fabric, which has all my mods in it, the cape dosent work, same goes for if I start the game with optifine, I get the cape, but not the mods, how do I make sure I have the cape and the mods at the same time

pls help, thanks
