Assumer

I've been bumbling through rcgroups radio forums trying to decide what transmitter I want to buy to first get familiar with on my v911 and eventually to use with a planned quad build.

Can anyone speak to the differences of these two or recommend one?

If the quad build goes better than expected and gets a camera rig, will one of these be noticeably better for that purpose?

I believe both of these can use a DSM2/DSMX module if I wanted to order a BNF parkzone at some point as well. I know there is some dislike for the DSM module on the 9xr for it's external antennae, is the Taranis superior in this case?
