Hi folks, life is getting me down at the moment so I am hoping to channel some of that restless energy into writing cards. I have a stack of maxicards on offer - can’t promise they’ll be pretty but they’ll be filled with love!

To claim pick a prompt from my list and comment it below, then send me a PM with your details! I only ask that you post a thank you so I know that it’s arrived (still learning the ins and outs of vintage postage).

The Codfish’s writing prompts:

  • a book recommendation
  • details of a toastie I’ve eaten recently
  • song of the day
  • my cookie recipe
  • description of today’s weather
  • A favourite podcast episode for you to listen to
  • skincare musings
  • a bad drawing

Hello lovely people!

I have four maxicards on offer today - as the title suggest 3x frogs and 1x dragonfly.

To claim, please have posted a thank you recently and comment below with your top tip for staying warm in winter!

I will PM the recipients for their addresses.

Thanks!

Hi friends!

It’s my first day back at work and I would like to send out some maxicards to keep me motivated.

I have 10 Australian animal maxicards to share with Flaired users. If you’d like one, please comment below with your favourite Aussie animal and send me a PM with your address with the subject line “Aussie Animal”.

I’ll pop them in the post on my evening walk 🌻

Wowee, what an absolute delight it was to receive your Getting to Know You card. That has to be the most beautiful envelope I’ve ever received!

The Paris Polaroid really soothed my soul - I miss Paris so much! Thank you so much for the generosity of your thoughts and carding goodies 💞

Hi friends!

My birthday is coming up in June and I would love for you to celebrate with me! I’d appreciate any well wishes or wisdom for the year ahead - I’m feeling unsure about another year having passed me by for the first time.

A big thank you in advance 🤍

Hi friends! I am trying to get myself back on track and what better way than to pop back into my fave online community.

A little while ago I bought a stack of vintage maxicards, which apparently I can send wherever in the world! I am however yet to test this theory, so am looking for some guinea pigs who would like to receive one, but accept that said maxicard may never actually make it to them (in the chance that I bought some duds!)

If this sounds like you, please comment below with your song of the week and send me a PM with your details titled “Guinea pig reporting for duty”

All the lovely cards in my PO Box have made "Freedom Week" that much sweeter. A big thank you to the following RAOCers:

- u/soft_distortion for the lovely Hokusai postcard. There's something nice about knowing that I might not have created my best works just yet!

- u/quackers212 for the Aruba postcard! While still officially a couple of months away, it definitely feels like summer here. The jasmine is in full bloom and the sun, ever the cruel mistress, has quite the bite to it!

- u/LaCuntessa for the lovely Las Noches de las Luminairs postcard. I always love your mix of stamps and stickers!

- u/babyraspberry and u/wabisabi_sf for the National Cheese Pizza Day celebrations! I receive

Did you see the superb fairy wren won bird of the year?!

Thank you so much for the lovely card - has anyone ever told you that you have fantastic penmanship? Such a lovely card to read. Thank you again!
