I am currently losing about one kg a week, I started at 95.7KG 2 months ago and I am now at 87.4KG.

I eat around 1600-1800 kcal a day, supplement all vitamins and minerals and do a full body workout every other day. I try to eat as much protein as I can but realistically I cap at 140g a day.

My goal is around 78-80kg and I am 188cm tall

I heard mixed opinions on this due to possible muscle loss, I definitely don't feel as strong as I am when eating maintenance but I don't think my strength has gone down and if it did only a tiny amount. My current plan is to cut down to around 12% body fat so I can properly lean bulk my muscle back.

Maybe anyone has experience with a similar situation?

Sinds 2025 ben ik overgestapt op deze B.V met holding structuur op advies van de boekhouder. Ik werk ongeveer 50 uur per week remote voor een paar bedrijven in de VS. Ben 26 jaar oud en woon alleen. De HRA is hier al in verrekend.

I came to this configuration for my home network, I will be hooking up my home server which is also my NAS & Seedbox.

Then connect my devices such as computer, mac and such in another room (hence the longer cable). I added 2 access points to spread around my appartment.

My internet speed is 4.5GBps but as far as I understand its either 2.5GBps or 10

Is there anything here that I could swap or save money on? Thanks!

I sold my items yesterday after the initial drop but those items are now down 60% or more since then. I sold them all on CSFloat. I am slightly worried that the buyers will revert.

If a buyer revert, do they lose the money + item? Do I keep the money & item or does Float take it?

The Hydroponic has a supply of 14K items with 5000 of them being factory new, thats an insane amount for a skin to have in this condition.

Currently the skin is trading for $7500+ for factory new while the minimal wear version is trading for only $3000+.

I do understand this is an old item that no longer drops, but 14K supply is rather high, the howl is half the supply and a covert, yet trades for around the same price?

I purchased my own humble hydroponic for $5K USD with $2K worth of stickers on it a mere 2-3 weeks ago so I am quite surprised by yet another pump

What do you guys think? A real demand for an older nostalgic skins? Or some something else going on?

Looking to buy my first Acronym jacket and trying to decide between these two,

From what I understand the PL will provide more warmth and the GT is fully waterproof? However the length seems to also be different so the PL will provide more coverage as the GT?

Also I am 188cm and wear size L in most jackets (Arc'teryx, Norrona etc) so I guess these will fit similar?
