This game runs well, M5 Air, MacOS26, Crossover 26 (auto), Steam.
No bugs or glitches, about as smooth as Halo Campaign Evolved.
I tried Medium preset without framegen and High with framegen. Not close to as silky smooth at the PS5 Pro at 1440p / 120Hz, but playable.

Ever since then my ASM2464PD USB4v1 - Beast M.1 - OCuP4 AMD GPU is not working properly.
Booting with the GPU connected results in a combination of the PC failing the startup and rebooting, or booting up normally with the eGPU's fans running at 100% full speed (sometime the eGPU's card is listed in Device Manger as working normally, other times it is not there at all), and other boots the PC just freezes black screen until hard power off.
Even when the eGPU is listed in Device Manager, it is not working, the AMD tray doesn't start, and it is not recognized by Adrenalin

I have also seen mentioned that the temps run higher when on charging, but that might also reflect a higher CPU/GPU power.
Has anybody had an eGPU cause overheating ? I have several OWC and Aliexpress Thunderbolt and USB4 external enclosures and they alone reach 60-70 degrees when plugged in and idle to an iMac.
I wonder if the USB4 UT3G chip is adding to LegionGo overheating ?

I have installed a 7800XT + 1050W PSU + Th3p4g3 (85w edition from Aliexpress) inside the metal/acrylic enclosure.
Using the middle USB-C port (with the PD charging) attached to my LegionGo's top USB-C port, the GPU does seem to work correctly if I disable the LegionGo's screen in Windows/display/multiple displays.
If I just extend the displays (spanning across both the Legion display and 7800XT HDMI external display) and run AMD Adrenaline > Stress Test, the 7800 XT doesn't ramp up past 500Hz.
I also replaced the Legion AMD driver and replaced it with the AMD release Adrenaline and Driver for the iGPU.

I plan on ordering VROptician lenses once they become available, but I expect VROptician lenses will take at least 6-8 weeks from now before they might arrive in the mail.
