Im in my first year as a licensed School Psych, and honestly its starting to get to me. I work in a smaller school district in PA, were im the only school psych, and the year prior to me coming on board they had to outsource. So alot of re-evals got waived, and im having to take on the current re-eval cycle, initials that come in, and previous waived reports, helping with mtss, and more. Timelines are crunched because getting permissions back has been a NIGHTMARE and some only come in a week or two before the due date despite calls and muitiple permissions being sent. This has caused teachers to get frustrated at quick turnarounds for input, and creating difficult weeks of testing and writin
Hey all, so my significant others brother in-law recently had a pretty serious stoke at home. He has been recovering and attending rehab to regain his motor-function. He has been doing better and should regain all function. However he was recently fired before he was able to return to work. The time between the stroke and being fired was around 50 days. Does he have any recourse for being fired while recovering from a stroke, or is the firing legal. Thanks for any help, and the location again is Erie,Pennsylvania.
Hey guys, I am a competitive smash brothers play (not to great of one tbh), and my brother has been showing some skill in this game and does very well online. I was wondering if there where any competitive tournaments for it.
