Sou uma mulher trans e escolhi um nome que gosto na inocência, achando que não daria problema. Porém descobri que é um nome neutro (usado no masculino ou feminino). Estou muito incomodada com as pessoas me chamando no masculino mesmo respeitando meu nome social. Tentei fazer uma nova identidade com outro nome social e me disseram que o nome social é único e só pode ser escolhido uma vez, sem modificações. Ela me disse que só tenho a opção de retificar o nome civil ou excluir o nome social da carteira, e não modificá-lo. Alguém consegue me ajudar? Não queria retificar por agora.
