So I read about people running 4 NHP Iconoclast/Technophile builds, and they sound super fun and with a ton of fun roleplaying opportunities. However, I've been wanting to play a Defender for my group, and the Tortuga has stood out to me as an awesome all-rounder mech that can both excel as a tank AND still have a bunch of neat options besides.
So I've tried to gather as much info as I could about this kind of build, and they basically all say "go Gorgon/Saladin for Scylla + Noah, and at higher levels you can slap it on a different mech." That's probably a cool build, but I REALLY like the idea of building a standard Tortuga that eventually grows into the Iconoclast/Technophile build, takin
I am just starting my first campaign of Lancer and I am looking to put together a rough idea of what I'm doing. I was originally considering building a Drake that closes to melee as quickly as it can, using its Assault Cannon as it slowly meanders its way towards enemies. But that kind of sounds less fun than being able to get up in enemies faces ASAP and use a big melee weapon. Since I'm a huge fan of Symphogear, the Zheng really speaks to me.
Since I'm brand new to the game and I've only played like one mission so far, I'm not really clear on the specifics of stuff. But basically I wanted to make a tough melee bruiser that can create cover for itself and provide cover for allies, but also
I've been interested in Vital Strike shenanigans and I'm curious if any mod has added the Weapon of the Chosen feat line to WoTR.
That's it. That's the post.
Seriously though, melee psyker feels really good (I have always leaned on melee because I play the 'Tide games to bonk stuff with a weapon first and everything else second, but now I can focus on it specifically!) and I am having a great time.
I know most folks are focused on the Dueling Swords on Vet and Zealot, and rightfully so, but I'd love to hear about folks using the other newly shared weapons and their experiences with them!

I'm considering doing a Vital Striking Living Grimoire (yes I am aware this is not a particularly strong option) and I remember the Weapon of the Chosen feat line was really good on my Gorumite Warpriest. I haven't been able to find information about if this chain is available in any of mods I've seen, but I might just be failing my perception checks irl.
Hi! I've just started trying Honor Mode, and I've got an idea for a team that I think should be very sturdy but not give up too much when it comes to dealing damage or controlling enemies. I'd love to hear any suggestions on how I could improve upon my pretty rough plan!
Face/Damage Dealer/some Control: Dark Urge Gith Sorlock (8 Wild Sorc/4 GOO Pact of the Blade Warlock) *Feats: Alert, Spell Sniper, ASI Cha +2 *early plan is to use Lightning Charge gear but end goal is Boots of Stormy Clamour plus crit gear to fear and prone enemies from range *will feed most of the unique buffs to this character (Ethel's Hair, etc.) because of how SAD they will be *will probably be channeling Twinn
I'm currently level 8 (Halforc 2 Oath of Ancients Paladin/6 Swords Bard) on my second character (and first Durge run). My goal is to make a smiting frontliner who uses the Punch Drunk Bastard to do a bunch of aoe attacks with Slashing Flourish.
Currently my base stats are 8 Str (21 with Hill Giant Elixir), 17 Dex (18 with Ethel's hair), 14 Con, 8 Int (17 with the Headband of Intellect), 10 Wis and 16 Cha. I have GWM and am planning on picking up Savage Attacker at level 10.
My equipment is Headband of Intellect, the Durge Invisibility cape, Helldusk Armor, Flawed Helldusk Gauntlets, Boots of Stormy Clamour, Amulet of the Harpers, Malefic Ring (planning on replacing this with the Callous G
