Finally got the Squirm Trinket (Stress Ball) after 5 hours of chasing a caterpillar that refused to spawn

Have you seen that Twisted Squirm did not spawn for me a single time across my first dozen runs. Switched to Rodger, checked the Daily Twisted Board, and he showed up immediately. Of course.

Stress Ball Trinket was worth it, though. Now, someone tell me why the saddest Toon in the game is also the most elusive.
