Hi all, I am currently going round in circles and just looking for anyone who has been in a similar situation who may habe some advice?

I was booked in with my chosen provider to habe laser hair removal patch test on 29/08 for phalloplasty. Due to one of my medications the lady who was supposed to do patch test said I will need a consent form signed by my GP otherwise I cannot begin treatment.

Now my GP has emailed me saying its bot his area of expertise therefore cant sign it, my Chelsea and west minister told me to contact GDNRSS, GDNRSS told me to contact Cheslea and west minister again!

Bought a Acer mouse with two side buttons and want to use X-Mouse Button Control to remap both buttons to F1 and F2 instead of doing it through runelite plugin.

Is this generally aloud and safe to use in game?

I have improved bearings mod, not sure what the go to mod for it is or if it even makes a huge difference

Hi all, so I have always preferred melee builds, for months my go to was the auto axe and now it seems like it's been nerfed and taking me ages to kill enemies.

Is it this the best melee weapon available? Or is there a better weapon?

Also does it matter training on a cheap one, not sure if it's harder to deal with than a better made one?

Hi all, I attempted vorkath after people recommended it for money making.

I tried to kill him, but after 7 attempts I gave up. I use my ranged build, void with dragon crossbow.

I eventually got used to his mechanics in the end but I found myself running out of food a lot and his magic attack keeps hitting me 30s and 20s, not sure if that's just rng.

Any tips that made it a little easier for you, please share :)

I ordered some crocs but when they came they were for the same foot. I messaged the person and she apologised and told me to send them back to her then she will resend the right pair.

How do I go about this on vinted? I haven't said "everything is ok" yet.
