I want to watch RT site videos on my TV, but it seems like any of the 'proper' ways of doing it (Chromecast or the XBox app) are determined to automatically show the worst quality possible. If I watch on a PC and manually set it to 1080p, it runs with no problem whatsoever so it's not a problem of my bandwidth being unable to handle it (250Mbps).

Does anyone know of a way of forcing it to 1080p that doesn't involve plugging a PC into my TV?

I'm going to the US and then Canada soon (I'm from the UK), I just need to know what I need to satisfy Immigration etc. When I get there/cross over.

A few people I know have been asked to show their ticket for leaving the US, will my ticket for leaving Canada do? Or do I need to book a flight across the border as well?

Wikitravel says they'll mainly be concerned about whether or not I have the funds to support myself, do I need to bring a bank statement to prove this?

How specific do I need to be about where I'm going? I'm flying to New York (I'll have my accommodation there booked first), then travelling across to LA, then up the coast to Vancouver, then across to Toronto and flying home
