I’m in Israel now & we want to bring my 87 year old MIL — who’s in a wheelchair— from Ra’anana to the Kotel. Is it wheelchair accessible? Where should we be dropped off to make it easiest to get her there?
I’d appreciate any and all advice!

My husband & I have plans to go to Israel in about a week to visit family. My husband says he’s going no matter what. I want to go with him, but am concerned about getting stuck there.
We thought our flights would be canceled last week, but the situation changed & it looks like our flights will take off.
I’m not that worried about being there (I’ve been through sirens & rushing to the mamad before). I’m just concerned the situation might escalate to the point where flights are canceled while we’re there & we won’t be able to return for who knows how long.
So I’m wondering… how much of a possibility is it that something will happen in the next few weeks that would cause flights to be cance

For the past couple months, I’ve been ordering items that are supposed to come in 2 days or sooner, & they keep getting delayed. There are a few items that were supposed to be delivered today but are now coming in 2 more days. This seems to be the norm lately.
I often order based on the delivery date. What’s the point of paying for Prime if, instead of getting something 2 days later, it comes in 5 days?
I’ve been on it for about 5 months. It’s helping, but I gained 10 lbs. Now, the food noise is leveling off. I’m eating better — still a little too much. — it much better. I started going to the gym 4/5 times a week. The scale isn’t moving.
Has anyone who initially gained weight on Lexapro been able to drop the lbs eventually?
I’m on 10 mg. and would like to bump it up to 15, but I won’t do it unless I can lose this weight.
I just joined this subreddit to ask you fine people to do whatever you can to make Kat stop talking about Love Island.
The intensely annoying & the whole shtick isn’t working.
Is Gucci Bloom Ambrosia di Fiori (the one in the red bottle) discontinued? It’s my favorite spring scent, & one of the few my husband likes on me. I need it!
I’m 2 weeks in (5 mg) and my anxiety is terrible. I know Lexapro can cause your anxiety to spike before it gets better (and it has) but I thought that by now I’d at least start to feel some relief.
Is this med not for me, or is it worth sticking it out a while longer?
How difficult is it to get an Uber to go round trip from Tuckahoe & New Rochelle?
It’s for my daughter’s wedding, on a Sunday. We’d need to transport around 25-30 people from Tuckahoe to New Rochelle in the afternoon (around 3 pm.)
Will there be a problem getting 10-12 Ubers at that time?
Also, what about return rides at 10:30
pm?
I started on 5 mg a little over a week ago. I’ve had a few days (like today) where my anxiety went through the room, other days were fine. (I also take Buspar & propranolol.)
Now, my daughter’s wedding is coming up &, without going in to much detail, it’s been extremely stressful & kind of wiled. So I don’t know if the overwhelming anxiety is from the Lexapro or from this crazy wedding we’re planning.
I know it takes at least 2 —3 weeks to feel relief, but shouldn’t’t I be feeling incrementally better by now?
OK, guys. It’s Christmas Eve & we’ve got the place to ourselves.
So… who’s in charge of the weather machine this week? I think it’s Avi’s turn, but his Mom’s IBS is acting up. Chaim would be the better choice. Don’t you think?
Schmulik has had a rough go of it lately. Is he STILL running the media or is it Yossi?
(Oh, wait. Didn’t Yossi just start his job with the laser sharks?) I’m so co fused, can anybody help?
I’m new here & hope you can help me. I usually journal when I’m at my lowest, when I’m feeling most sad & anxious. I write it down & it helps me to process my feelings & helps me put things in perspective. I feel better after leaving it all on the page. It’s a kind of therapy for me.
I don’t want anyone to see these journals. Ever. A stranger reading them would have to conclude that I’m a dark, miserable person, which I’m not. Heaven forbid my kids ever read them.
My question is, how long do I hold onto them before I put them through the shredder? Is there any value to keeping them for a while & reading through them one day, or would doing so just bring me back to the bad place I was in?
