Passed the network+ today. I wrote it at the test center and it was a very relaxed and chill atmosphere. There weren't many other people there at the time. One person was writing a test when I arrived and finished before I left and another came in and started half way through. Overall very quiet and a fine test taking experience.

I brought my own dry erase markers just in case the ones provided weren't very good. I did need them for sub netting, I had a few of these questions. I would recommend sunny's sub netting videos on youtube and you should be comfortable with converting from binary to decimal and the other way.

I recently upgraded my cpu, ram and motherboard and now I get a moment of cpu fan spin, random gpu fan spin and it doesn't post. I believe this is because the bios needs to be flashed, does anyone know if these problems are caused by not having the updated bios for a B450 board running a 3800x?

Video of issue, sorry for vertical camera: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8B84mLVUBBM

Things I've tried:

I went through the Tom's Hardware guide for new pc builds and still no luck.

I need some help coming up what the npc's in my game should do based on recent events.

My players have a fort where they've hired on workers and guards, this fort was recently attacked and some npc's died. Several days later, the player characters are going to leave to go adventuring and the cleric wants a zombie so he resurrects one of the fallen workers to use as canon fodder. The npc's at the fort were all hired on at relatively the same time and have been working together for about a month.

As the player character's actions need to have an impact on the world and most common folk wouldn't want to see their friends or co-workers be turned into undead monsters if they suffer some tragedy

I wrote my MP when Nathaniel Erskine-Smith was suggesting centralized storage at the end of February. I recently got a response from him. Here is a link to a slightly redacted version.
