I starting a grassroots program to taste every salsa in the country that is on the grocery store shelf and then creating a true rating scale. I'm applying for a government grant to make sure I can afford this venture. We will have an advisory council board with at least one person from the Midwest who can't handle the mildest spice and another person who can eat all the spices and not even break a sweat. I of course will be the head of this team because I'm in the middle. I'm sure with the right amount of government funding this will take off without a hitch. I live 40 miles from Mexico. This shouldn't be an issue.
