my dog is already gone, she lived to 15, I scrolled through this sub enjoying seeing some puppers. I always thought the licking her lips and mouth smacking was super cute and a sign she was tired. Now I feel bad.

I dont know what to do. A family member has gotten herself two rabbits even tho they have a ginormous dog and 2 young children. They are currently kept in the living room in a tiny hutch with a tiny enclosure, bad full of treats diet without enough greens. all according to my mom. she lives outside the city and my mother went to visit her recently and told me all about this. my mom tried to talk her out of it and thoroughly explained why this is a horrible idea and how expensive rabbits are, that they arent cuddlebugs, that they need a relaxing and silent space and not loud children and an extremely dangerous dog around them. I already know an accident will happen. I am filled with true rage
