So in Portfolio Construction - Module 4 - pg. 244, it is mentioned that, “Equities perform especially well in real terms when inflation is low.”
In contrast, In Portfolio Construction - Module 1 - Page 6, is is mentioned that, ”Although individual equities or sectors can protect against inflation, the success of equities as an asset class in hedging inflation has been mixed. Certain empirical studies have shown that real returns on equities and inflation have positive correlation over the long term, but the degree of correlation typically varies by country and is dependent on the time period assessed. For severe inflationary periods, such as periods with an annual inflation rate ove
Are there any shops that sell them at a discount or have cheap alternatives?
If there are any places around Prahladnagar, that would be great! If not, I'm ready to travel. Any help is appreciated!
I'm appearing in Feb 2023 and I'm quite lost and underconfident about my approach to studies right now. Wanted your help so that I can Level-up (In the truest sense of the phrase)
A little Background:
I graduated with a B.Sc. Finance in 2020 and am working as an Equity Research Analyst at a Boutique Investment Firm for the past year (but there's very less financial modelling in my current role).
I can put in about 3-4 hours a day on weekdays, and an additional 2-3 hours or so on Sundays.
My Current Strategy:
I started studying seriously a week ago. Couldn't really start earlier due to moving and other unexpected life events. Currently, I'm studying a Reading
Does Ahemdabad have any football tournaments/clubs/training for adult women?
I've recently shifted here from Bombay for a bit. I've tried searching online but to no avail.
I was gifted this succulent on the 23rd of February. I don't know what type it is, but following the advice I found on a few blogs, I placed it near my window, where it could get bright, indirect light. I live in Mumbai, India and the temperature these days is around 90 F / 33 degrees celcius.
I have watered it thoroughly, keeping a gap of 10-14 days between waterings. But I must be doing something wrong considering almost all the leaves have fallen and I'm afraid it's on its way to its end when I desperately don't want it to be.
What do I do?

To all those people who speak in a seemingly "professional" manner on LinkedIn and post pretentious motivational posts and think that y'all have a deep understanding of each and every event that happens in the business world, just bugger off, read a book, and get a life. Y'all actually sound immature and it is frikking annoying. Y'all are doing no one any good.
It's a pain trying to look for a job but having to endure stuff like this for the sake of 'networking'.
Hi! I'm Yush, a 21-year-old from India.
So I've been having coffee since I was around 10, thanks to my mother who loves it. However, that 'coffee' is boiling milk poured over sugar and instant coffee whisked together with a teaspoon of hot water.
Despite this traditional coffee being my go-to for many many years, my love of visiting cute cafes and enjoying great drinks over there has made me appreciate coffee much better than I ever did.
With the aim to make myself a good cup of coffee in its truest sense, I've begun my journey of understanding coffee only recently. I've been reading a few blogs and watching (way too many) James Hoffman videos, but it's a difficult transition.

Hi everyone,
I've been using TTP since the past month or so. Wanted to know if doing all the chapters first and then the tests is something that is recommended or not.
I've finished the Chapter-Tests-Chapter-Tests process up to Number Properties. But was curious as to how finishing all the chapters first and then doing all the tests will pan out. Will it take lesser time than the former?
I have around one month to finish TTP according to my current GMAT schedule. Any tips to do so in a fast yet efficient manner? Would really appreciate it.
