I have a right inguinal hernia repair with mesh via keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery on Thursday at 8am. It's now been a little over 3 days since.

The first couple days were extremely rough and I blew through my prescription of Hydromorphone and Tramadol (as well as some prescription grade anti inflammatory).

On day one it hurt to even breathe, just laying still in my bed was all I could do to manage. I could not sit up, or walk, or anything really.

Day two symptoms were better although still significant bloating feeling / swelling / feeling of fullness in my abdominal both above and below the keyhole incisions were made.

Quick question before I figure out if I should book a followup appointment.

4 months ago on June 25th I had two fillings redone at rhe advice of my dentist (there was no pain no adverse effects) however after X rays he suggested there was deep decay under some old fillings and it should be addressed.

Took about 90 minutes to remove all the decay and redo the fillings be said it was pretty deep but otherwise did not warn about it reaching the pulp.

He also shaped a weird Ridge on the outside of 15. Now I know even then above this Ridge on the exterior of the tooth I could press with a fingernail and feel sensitivity.

Just curious what channels folks use when looking for Blender artists or 3D generalists, especially for freelance or project-based work.

I know there’s r/blenderjobs but it seems pretty dead, but wondering if there are other websites or Discord groups.

Is ArtStation worth checking, or do most jobs start from networking and word of mouth?

Any advice about finding established Blender professionals or what’s worked well for your projects would be appreciated.

Bonus if there are tips for finding reliable artists who can do generalist work—camera setups, UV swaps, lighting, backgrounds, etc.

Background: the house was built in 2023, occupied May 2024.

Location: Southwestern Ontario

I came downstairs in the basement (finished) and had a damp smell. I looked inside underneath the stairs (that go up to the main floor) and noticed there was water behind the vapour barrier (picture 1).

Picture 2 shows the whole area under the stairs. This is an exterior wall and part of the foundation. It appears it's the foundation and then insulation and then plastic vapour barrier sealed with staples to the studs and tar along the bottom and top.

Does anyone know why it's doing this? I'm using a tripod and taking multiple bracketed photos of a item. When I'm trying to highlight certain parts of it by added the low exposed photo as a double exposure in snapseed it's zoomed in and Rotated? Am I missing something here?

I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue but I keep buying these cheap hand soap dispensers from like Home sense and Marshall's and they keep breaking. They are of such terrible low quality but I can't seem to find any that are any better.

Does anyone have a secret source of good hand soap dispensers that will last us for many years?
