Hello everyone,

Just wanted to check if anyone has a similar OPT premium processing timeline or has recently received approval.

My timeline:

OPT applied: April 8, 2026

Switched to Premium Processing: April 20, 2026

Biometrics completed: May 11, 2026

ASC location: Milwaukee, WI

No updates yet after biometrics (click just restarted pp)

My internship start date is June 15, so I’m just trying to understand current processing trends and whether this timeline still seems reasonable.

Also wondering:
Has anyone with similar dates been approved recently?
Does uploading an offer letter or biometrics-stamped notice under unsolicited evidence help at all, or does USCIS usually ignore those

Hello everyone! I just moved to UW–Madison for my masters program beginning this summer about two weeks ago and am super excited to get involved this summer. I’m pretty new to both tennis and soccer, but I’m really interested in playing and meeting new people! For tennis, I’m definitely looking for someone to hit with since you can’t really play solo as a beginner. Are there any group chats, clubs, or open sessions where I could find a hitting partner? Also, does anyone have recommendations on where people usually play tennis or soccer around campus over the summer? Would love to join some friendly games and make new friends. Thanks! Please pc me !

I’m an incoming MS in Business Analytics (MSBA) student at UW–Madison and excited to be joining this fall! I’ve been researching career support and wanted to get some real insight from current students, alumni, or anyone who’s gone through the grad school experience here.

A few things I’m curious about and would love your thoughts on: • Career Fair Opportunities: How active are the career fairs for graduate students in analytics/business/data fields? Are there dedicated career fairs or do we mostly attend the general campus-wide ones? • Format & Frequency: How often do these career fairs happen each semester, and how long do they typically last (one day vs multi-day)? Do students get good

Hello everyone,

I’m an incoming international student starting my MS in Business Analytics program at UW–Madison this July. I’m currently looking for part-time, on-campus jobs during the summer (and ideally something I can continue into the academic year as well).

I’ve been checking the UW–Madison Student Job Center, but I haven’t had much luck—many listings seem outdated, and I haven’t received responses from the ones I’ve applied to.

A couple of questions: 1. Is there a better or faster way to find up-to-date, on-campus jobs? 2. Can I email departments directly? If so, which ones usually hire students in the summer (like libraries, dining, Union, rec sports, etc.)?

I’m especially loo

Hello everyone,

I’m an incoming international student, about to start my Master’s in Business Analytics (MSBA) at UW–Madison this fall. I completed my undergrad in the U.S., so I’m somewhat familiar with life here in the Midwest, but this will be my first time living in Wisconsin.

I’m currently looking for affordable on-campus or nearby housing options since my savings are quite limited at the moment. Ideally, I would love to share a place with fellow Indian students — it would definitely help with adjusting, food, and just feeling more at home in a new environment.

If anyone knows of any available spots, or is also looking for roommates for the upcoming semester, feel free to reach out.
