Hello! You know how Alexas and basically any pro cameras have a 'master FPS' which they interpret all files to, regardless of the framerate it actually shoots? (I don't know how cameras work, but this is how I assume it's working)

Like for example the source files are 24FPS, but they shot at 30FPS for a floaty slo-mo look, or 60FPS for a real slo mo look.

Let's say a mistake was made on set, the idea was everything had to be shot 30FPS (and it was) but the 'master FPS' was set to 24FPS. So all my source files are 24FPS, but are playing back slow.

What would you recommend is the best way to proceed? My gut tells me to take the source footage, create new 'master' files in prores 4444 with

Hello, I am interested in getting into resin printing and I have done quite a bit of research, but I am wondering if someone with some experience with my very particular scenario could weigh in with tips or ideas.

Basically, the only place I can keep a running printer is in the back of my kitchen next to the back door of the apartment that leads to a balcony (no openable window to use sadly). I plan on getting a small enclosure with a fan and hose to vent the fumes outside. My concern is, I have a cat, and I don't want the cat to escape while the kitchen door is cracked open to support the vent hose. However, he does need kitchen access, so I can't block off the whole room.

Hey I'm kinda at my wits end here, wondering if anyone ran into the same issue. I woke my steam deck from sleep, and it was working perfectly before but then when I started using it today the controls were all screwed up.

I was in a game, but the controls weren't responding correctly, so quit to the menu, but the issues followed me there. It's weird stuff, like the joystick changes brightness, left on the D-pad acts as the B button, right on the d-pad acts as the A-button. Down is down but up doesn't do anything. The steam and ... buttons also don't seem to work at all.

I tried factory reset, no luck there. I restarted it and got some weird boot menu stuff but still doesn't work.

I noticed that you can drive from Tuscon to Tucumcari, and you can even drive to Tonopah, but without Tehachapi I feel like something is missing.

I hope SCS is Willin' to address this serious omission.... and maybe add a special achievement to those who have visited all four, call it A Little Feat maybe?

I quit a month ago and it’s mostly going well. No desire to smoke again, I feel like I’m over it. However I feel like I’m developing a bad habit now, and overeating food that isn’t very healthy. I get a lot of restaurant take out and when I make my own stuff it’s huge portions. I ‘feel’ ravenously hungry even though it’s not really true.

It’s bothersome because I thought wihout munchies I’d have a lower appetite, but it’s gone the other way. I tried to take it easy on myself since I needed a bit of distraction from smoking, but I feel like at this point it’s starting to be an issue. Feels like I’m gaining weight, and I’m too scared to get on a scale.
