I’m gearing up to run a scene in which the party needs to save a character who’s about to be publicly sacrificed in a city plaza. But managing individual civilians in a crowd like that feels unworkable. Wwyd?

It’s started happening at every siege for me, and makes them kind of unplayable. Whole AI force moves the ram into position, then falls back as soon as the gate is down. Repeats with one siege tower, then the other. All the while getting massacred.
My workarounds so far are: -Not using siege engines. Either rely on ladders (less buggy but not great) or break the walls down. -Order everyone to charge when the gate is down. If I fall they go back to their stupidity though.

edit: fixed link edit2: FREE, thanks for everyone who cared
Was pearled by MessengerOfWoe and told to modmail this sub. I did that, and haven't heard back about a trial or sentencing or anything. Can a guy get some speedier justice around here? Pearl is held at -2808 1 3076
I'm subscribed to the Inigo mod via the Steam workshop. It updated and now I get a "some objects may be missing" notification when I load the save. He's gone, and his cell looks like it does in vanilla again, which implies to me that the mod just isn't working at all anymore.
He had a ton of my stuff. Does anyone know what the issue might be or how I might fix it? I realize reinstalling the mod might be the only way to go, but I'd rather not lose everything he was carrying. I appreciate any insight any of you might have.
Edit: For got to mention, I've scoured the steam workshop and nexus comments and haven't found any similar stories, so it doesn't appear to be a common problem. I'm at ki
