I feel utterly dumb asking this but what’s the point of teams and why is it used? I recently got promoted, all emails and communication are through outlook and all calls are on Zoom. My company is very big on Zoom, we have Zoom calls regularly including most trainings are held on Zoom. What is the point of teams…? This is retail store manager position, we are not in offices all day and not in constant communication. All I see in teams are notifications that I already have in my calendar in outlook. Do I need to check teams regularly or is outlook enough?

Every book I search for is only available in Spanish. I’ve triple checked my settings and Spanish is not selected. Do I have terrible luck or are libraries not really purchasing titles in English? I have 4 different branches and it’s the same for them all. I can find titles in English but nothing I search for is in English, only Spanish.

Has anyone received theirs?? I ordered it on 11/30 at 3am- I got an email from Target on 12/4 saying it shipped and the tracking number; UPS has not received the package yet so it cannot be tracked. I’ve order from Target plenty, including the Speak Now TV that I received as a gift but it was a pre order. Every vinyl I’ve received (TS or not) has been in its own vinyl box, not a regular shipping box they use for most orders leading me to believe it’s leaving a warehouse vs a store. I don’t mind the shipping taking a little bit longer, I understand it’s the holidays but should be trackable by now… it was originally supposed to arrive on the 6th.

Does Sally Beauty Supply have a way to look up receipts for returns? My daughter received gel nail polish as a gift and we don’t have a UV lamp and I am not purchasing one given she’s 10. I received a lamp and a couple gel polishes for Christmas. The polish brands are: Red Carpet Manicure and Gelish. I know I see Gelish all over and it’s a reputable brand but is Red Carpet Manicure? Also, the Gel polish seems to be very expensive, if I used a base and top gel could I use regular polish for the actual color? I own so much OPI and Essie, I don’t want to have to rebuy colors or buy more in general if I don’t have to.

I own a couple pairs of leggings form Athleta and I’m not sure how I feel about them. I have the Ultra High Rise Elation, Elation, and Mid Rise Elation. I hate the Elation and Mid Rise Elation because they do stay up and tend to roll down. The Ultra High Rise is ok- I just don’t love how high rise they are. (Those are my first high rise anything; jeans included so maybe I’m not used to it?) What would you Athleta conisours recommend legging/tight that stay up and the band doesn’t roll? Im trying to stick to Athleta because I worked for Gap Inc and receive a discount. Also, I hate shiny material, it feel like it can’t be worn casually.

Is anyone else’s district consistently have shipment units change Wednesday afternoon around 4pm? The last three weeks we’ve gotten messages at zip line around 4-5pm saying half of our Thursday shipment won’t be delivered! Twice they’ve delivered it with the following Tuesdays and the other time they delivered it Friday. Why is this happening?
