I just finished building my new H1 (I know about the problems, I have plastic screws and am waiting on the new PCI riser) but I ran into some issues and could really use some help.

At boot I get a Memory PMU Training error which means I have a defective RAM stick if I'm not mistaken. That would be unfortunate but a RMA should be an easy fix.

A bigger problem I have is that my windows installation USB does not go past the windows 10 logo, and has horizontal stripes at the bottem half of the screen (https://imgur.com/a/lTaESmo). I swapped my GPU my other 660ti to check if the problem would disappear but it doesn't unfortunately. Are both GPUs dead or is there a problem with my USB stick I s

I’m currently in the process of building a pc for my younger brother and I’ve found a sweet deal on a r9 280x Royalking. However, I cannot seem to find a general consensus if the PSU I selected (CM G550M) will be powerful enough to run the card and the i5 3570 I already have. I've incluided a build list to make everything a little easier. Thanks in advance! edit: Forgot to mention that I'm in the Netherlands so prices won't be correct
