Been using them for a while, but am no longer needing the premium account.  Their FAQ clearly states you can cancel your subscription by changing from business (or whatever you have) to Free.  When you try to do it, you get an error message.  When you try to contact them, they ignore.  What a giant scam.  DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS.
