I'm currently a Tier 2 Support Technician but I'm looking to switch to Cybersecurity Analyst (or something close to that role). I'm currently working on a Google cybersecurity certification but that is not complete just yet. I've been applying to jobs around the US. I'm seeking help because I feel like my resume has been holding me back for a long time. Thanks in advanced for the feedback!

I used Professor Messer and ITProTV for learning. Also Dion practice tests. Really great resources!

This weekend is back to school weekend where I’m at. It’s one of the busiest times of year for our store. We ended up having 8 callouts in grocery. I think most of them were legitimately sick at least. Needless to say it was a “fun” day. We only had a few people and we ran a pretty big HV and KeHE truck, definitely not fun when you can’t move in the aisles because it is so busy. What’s the most callouts y’all have seen?
