The MVGroup site is up but the torrents haven't been updated since June 21. Is everything ok? There are new torrents on Piratebay but are these safe to use if the MVGroup tracker doesn't have them?

I'm building an data analysis pc for the assembly and analysis of genetic sequence data sets( and for me to play with R and python data analytics).

The applications include pyrad with slurm, mrbayes, revbayes, pear, etc (for those in the field). Most of these applications are RAM heavy and are multithreaded and some can be compiled for CUDA compatibility. Fine grained analysis can run for 2 weeks at at time.

Can I get some opinions on the attached build? I'm not OC'ing but I am concerned about stability, speed and thermal management. I have other HD's for data archiving and scratch space.
