We have some very obsolete Banner Multi-Beam HS ambient light detection amplifiers that I, alongside our engineering department, have been trying to source replacements for.... the biggest issue is that most sensors I have talked with reps about hace a 10mS or greater response time... we need 1.5mS or less response time and I am having a hell of a time finding anything remotely close to the response time we need for "fire" detection/heat detection of the parts we are processing to ensure thst they consistently only put out treated parts.

Ive reached out to Banner, Turck and Keyence so far as well as local suppliers but still nothing, so I figured I would see if I can stump the great people

I do a lot of work on pneumatic and hydraulic manifolds as well as replacing coil sets which have less than ideal working clearances to get straight on with wrenches... the lines 9/16" flare nuts with a 11/16" backup nut on the manifolds. There is approximately 5" ~ 5-1/2" of clearance from edge of nut to obstruction and the line sets are spaced approximately 1-1/4" apart from one another.

Servicing them is difficult, but not impossible. Was wondering if anyone is aware of any service wrenches that would suit this application or if this is likely one of those "buy a cheap wrench and cut it to fit your needs" kind of applications.

Given the amount of work I do on these, I have no problem

Apparently struggling to find a simple solution here... or perhaps overthinking this on my weekend

I am looking for a simple 'self-coJntained' digital display total counter w/ 120VAC input and built-in 12/24VDC output that I can connect a PNP prox to.

I am working on a piece of equipment I need to count the number of times the machine mechanically cycles, simple to do, just put a prox sensor in to detect every time the metal part passes in front of the prox, only issue.... available space.... control cabinet is small, would prefer not to add a 24VDC power supply if I can find a counter with a built in output voltage for the prox.

Thoughts?
