Anybody have a FRT on their Copperhead K? If so what set up are you running. I’ve seen conflicting info on whether different FRT and trips work with the Copperhead K.

At what price point would you buy a ZDX Type S? I may have an opportunity to buy one with employee discount pricing and was wondering what would be a buy it now price?

I am looking to buy a property that is adjacent to USACE property. The USACE owns the 50ft between the road and the property. The 50ft is basically just a ditch between the road and the property I am looking at buying. Is getting an easement to put in a driveway to access the property difficult and what would be the steps involved?

I am looking to buy a piece of land from family. It will be a new parcel from an existing parcel. I will need an easement from the Federal government to access the new parcel. Should I have the new parcel surveyed and deeded before the new easement application or apply for the easement first before the new parcel is surveyed and deeded?

I have a family member that is going to sell a farm in Indiana. The farm is roughly 150 acres and made up of 3 parcels. I am looking to buy a portion of 2 different parcels. One portion will be approximately 6-7 acres and the other portion will be roughly 25 acres. The portions will not connect. The 25 acres would be landlocked and would need an easement I would assume. I would appreciate any information on how this whole process works. I will be contacting a surveyor next week and would like to learn about the process before contacting the surveyor. Thanks in advance.

I bought a new car back in mid January from a dealership in Ohio. I was issued 45 day temp tags. About a week before the temp tags expired, I went to the BMV (Indiana) and tried to get it registered and plated and the BMV said the title work was not done therefore it could not be registered. I talked to the Finance manager last Friday and he said the title work was sent to the BMV on 2/19. The BMV takes up to 30 days to process the title application. The corporate office deals the title work and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone there. What do I do in this situation? I have a brand new car that I will not be able to legally drive tomorrow. How should the dealership remedy this

About once or twice a year, only during heavy rains, I get a small amount of water in the basement. It looks to be coming in where the wall and floor meet only along one wall. There are 2 sumps in the basement, one in each corner. The gutters and sumps are tied into its own drainage system that exits a couple hundred feet to the back of the property. There is a concrete patio that drains away from the house above where the comes in from the basement. During normal rains, there is no issues. This only happens when we get really heavy rains in a short period of time. Any ideas on how to prevent this? It seems like most preventative measures have already been taken.
