Is it possible to bring up the dev console in SR? I've tried all the usual Unreal "standards" (tilde, F1, etc.) with no luck. Trying to make some resolution tweaks and gamesettings.ini is giving me no love. Was hoping to be able to to setres, etc. in the console, but I can't seem to bring it up. Any help?
My beloved DX7IIFD, which I bought new in '88 and have used for decades, has suddenly started acting strange and I'm worried it might be fatal.
Suddenly my polyphony is cut in half. And before everyone starts jumping to their replies... no, this isn't a patch issue (unison mode) or a dual mode performance layering issue.
I've owned and programmed this machine since it was brand new. I've created hundreds of patches and performances. I'm very familiar with its specs and limitations when setting up unison patches and/or dual mode layered performances. I've tested all those modes very specifically and this is what I'm seeing...
The DX7 (all flavors) is supposed to have 16 notes of poly on a

Hello all!
Christmas is coming and so it's time to get my GF another pair of Loubies. In the past I've bought her 3 pairs of Daffodiles in sizes 39.5 and 40. The 39.5s were perfect after a bit of stretching and wearing and the 40s were maybe a tiny bit too big (but she made them work).
Now she has her eyes on Queen Altas, but I'm not sure if I should get them the same size as her Dafs since these are open toe/heel. I'd like to surprise her, so having her try on a pair is something I'd like to avoid. Can anyone shed any sizing light on how Queen Altas fit them in regards to the size of their other Loubies?
TIA!
(10 year player, but with a 7-year break after the first year. Just came back a little over a year ago.)
I know we're all tired of ascension questions, but I've searched everywhere and can't really find an answer to my situation so I wanted to get guidance from the sub.
I'm in 4* land now. Have been routinely champing/maxing/selling/repeat 2* chars to get little HP bumps as I'm always in need of slots/HP.
I haven't really ascended anything other than my 1* Black Widow to a 2* just to try it out.
Recently I got a bunch of 4* ascended covers from the seasonal quests and I went ahead and recruited them anytime I had a free slot. So now I have things like a (champed) 2* Electro in addition t
My dealer (Round Rock, TX) just tried to hit me for $100 to swap the cabin air filter when mine went in for it's scheduled 8K service. I knew they would be pulling this shit with EVs since they can't upsell things like oil changes, etc. I passed, figuring there's no way it's that difficult or expensive.
And it's not.
I hit YT and, sure enough, you can do the swap in literally 30 seconds
You can get an aftermarket filter for less than $15 on Amazon that is just fine (I also checked AutoZone but their price was higher)
So there's no way they can justify $100 for either the part or the tech time/labor.
Since I bought my (normal) 5 about a year and a half ago I don't pay much attention to the market so I don't know how good/bad that is of a deal, but figured I'd let people know. They had it for $67K and apparently dropped it $10K on "sale".
This morning's Daily Seasonal "To Me, My X-Men!" challenge doesn't seem to be working for me. 15 wins with Rogue or Cyclops on your team. I don't have a Rogue, but I have 2 Cyclops (3* Uncanny and 4* Classic). Neither of them register wins for the event. Does this actually require Cyclops 5*?? (Phoenix Five) or is it just glitched?
Love the app. It does exactly what I need for my bike rides, but I noticed a small "issue" (maybe). A couple of times I've accidentally started my ride with the app in "Run" mode. No biggie, I'm able to edit the history and set the session to "Ride" mode after the fact, but I've noticed that the calculated calorie burn doesn't re-calc when switching. (I assume they are different as I usually burn ~500 in a session but when I accidentally had it set to "Run" it says I burned 3 times that amount. Not a big deal, but it would be great if it re-calc'd that so that my history is accurate.
Thanks again for the great app. I was more than happy to pay for it. Solid dev work all around!
I know we can check "Today's News" in the options for current vaults, but those don't always have info on what is required for certain vault tokens (plus the news eventually expires). I know that I can also google to find out how to get certain vault tokens via the GO site, etc. but having to go to a second location for info seems cumbersome. Seems like it would be easy enough to just give us info right on the vault title letting us know what characters to play, etc. for tokens on said vault (or if the vault is "purchase only" for tokens.
And feel free to let me know if I'm just missing where this info can be found in the app (other than "Today's News")
tl;dr: If you remove the (dead) disc drive from a PS5, can you still run it with no drive installed while waiting on a replacement part?
Like many, my disc drive suddenly won't read any discs. And yes, I've verified they are clean and inserted the right way, I've checked every game disc I own as well as Blu-Rays (which I verified play fine in my PS3 and PS4), I've rebooted the system, rebooted into safe mode and cleared cache and then rebuilt the database, no luck. So it definitely appears to be a hardware issue.
Of course I'm out of warranty (had it just over a year and a half) and Sony wants $230 (+ tax and my shipping cost) to basically ship me back a refurb. I'm moderately well-versed
Not a shill and I know not everyone has the means to grab such an expensive luxury, but I figured I would give an unsolicited quick review. I was worried I might regret dropping the cash for it, but have been playing with it for about 4 hours now and am really happy with it.
I'm a "2-finger" player (meaning I play with both index and middle fingers always on L1/R1 and L2/R2... and I don't want to get into a discussion about what you think of that, just know that we do exist and it is perfectly comfortable for me). I find that in lots of games being able to hit both shoulder triggers simultaneously on each hand often has benefits. So adding a couple more buttons where I can keep my thumb
