Truck drivers on the M50

What’s with the aggression from truck drivers particularly on the m50? They are so quick to fly off the handle and beep and flash you.

I was on the way to work northbound J6 and I was in the middle lane doing like 90. Car in front was doing the same. All of a sudden a 16 wheeler truck is up my arse flashing me. I had no room either side to move so I had to stay out for the minute. He proceeded to childishly and pathetically beep me despite seeing I couldn’t move lane.

I’m getting back into BTC soon and my plan is to buy every week on crypto.com. I’ve just read about blue wallet and I love the idea. My questions:

• how easy is it to transfer from an exchange to the wallet
• are there fees involved in the transfer -IS THIS SAFE AMD LEGITIMATE?! How owns blue wallet. I nearly got stunk with the blockfi disaster and I don’t want to be in anyway risking losing money.
• why not just keep it on crypto.com?

I’m fighting with everything to keep going to work(electrician). I’m doing all the things to help it(exercising, stretching etc.)

It’s been incredibly tough. I get randomly panicky and get dizzy in work and have to try play it off. I’ve bet it before so I know I can do it. This isint easy folks. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I feel like if I don’t fight I’ll turn into a recluse and quit my job. I must power on. Pray for better days.

The pain gets so bad that I can’t breathe. Have a backpod and do stretches but the flare up is so bad that they aren’t helping much. I panic when I can’t breathe due to the pain and freak out. The only thing that can calm me down is alcohol which I know is making it worse long term. I’m dealing with this over two years now and I think I’m actually going to go crazy. It’s like out of nowhere I just get dizzy have pain and can’t breathe properly and panic takes over. I live in constant fear of an episode.

I’ve been having my worst flare up yet past month. My brother in law died last week at 25. The stress of it all has taken its tool on me and I have pain all day. Today I was rear ended of the motorway at around kph and im currently in the Hospital getting checked out and of course panicking with anxiety.
