Quick intro post for my local (female) Mike. Our job involves reviewing data for clinical trials. We have a lot of small details to look at, as we are the ones who see everything as a whole rather than just one part at a time. Mike's favorite way to do her job is to call a meeting of our whole department and go through each of her review items, asking for input on all of them. These meetings will take hours and I'm not allowed to skip them or complain.
She does this with everything. Imagine for instance that you worked at a bookstore and the cashier with the most experience, and I mean decades, had to check in with every other employee to confirm which buttons to press for each transaction.
