What the heck happened?

I was enjoying a nice, interesting mech battle game and suddenly everything started killing me in one hit. Is that just what this game does?

Details I Remember:
This might be a fever dream, or it might be me mixing up multiple movies, but I’ve got brief flashes of watching this from when I was too young to remember. The handful of scenes that exist in my memory:

Brainstorming ideas for my next skin collection

Discussion

Hey folks! Those of you who've been around a while might remember me. I put out skins and stuff. I've gotten less done recently than I was hoping because I've been putting in a lot of work designing a couple new games, but I've got a handful of skins made for a collection called "Skin Jobs" that are close to finished. I just need another idea or two to fill it out. The concept is 'Skins for people who don't necessarily want the spotlight themselves, people who would work for others' sort of thing. Large event judge applications

Question

Hey there! I’ve been working for several years as a professional judge for TCGs, and I’m interested in adding Riftbound to the rotation. I’ve already got my level 1 and I run events at multiple local stores. I don’t, however, know when and where applications for these events go up. I had only seen the one for Houston a week ago shared by a third party, and I’d like to know where to keep an eye out in the future to find things.

Does anyone have any info?
