I'm trying to lose some body weight and reset my body. My first go around was decent, but I did eat only veggies when I couldn't get over the hunger pains. My main question is, I purchased protein that a person who would be getting ready for a gastro surgery would take. Is this ruining my water fast? It provides the nutrients my could use, and it is not a solid so I'm unsure. Any ideas?

I have a Paracord Knife and I'm curious as how you tell which phase it is? Google didn't have much for that specific knife, but I can't tell if its a Phase 1 or Phase 3. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I have a Manfretto MH494-BH travel tripod, I did notice the mounting plate screw is too small to fit into the receiving end of my 3.5F. I see that Rolleiflex did make some tripod mounting plates, is this worth trying to find? Or can someone help me find the right adapter? I think its 1/8 to 1/4 but i could be wrong.

I am thinking about purchasing a 3.5F Model 3. What are some of your thoughts on this specific model? This is going to be my first Rolleiflex, so I would appreciate any input. I think it’s going to need the obvious CLA, and I will probably send it to Harry. But I would just like to hear what yall think. Also, what would you think about the pricing? Seller says it’s been sitting for 30 some years, but the advance lever works fine and from the pictures there’s minor defects on the leather (peeling) but otherwise visually it looks fine. Listing didn’t mention fungus or anything but from what I can tell it appears to have been somewhat taken care of.

I’m looking for someone who has been around film for some time. I have a lot of questions and would like to be able to bounce some questions and ideas off of someone who would be willing. I want to learn more about different film cameras, developing, and ways to improve on my photos. If someone would be able to shoot the crap and allow me to ask some questions that would be awesome. Hello everyone, I am new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I have been doing film photography for about 5-6 years now. I am trying to get some information during my research process, I am interested in getting a Rolleiflex, but I am not sure what to look for. I've seen the prices of the 2.8's compared to the 3.5's and I don't think the 2.8 is right for me at this point in time. However, the 3.5 seems like the prices aren't too crazy. My question is what model should I be after? I did read on someones website that went through the different models and years, but I still didn't feel like I knew what I am looking for. The other question I have is are there any reputable sellers? I know

Long long time player (MSN zone days), I checked AoE zone but they’re very old games. Is there a site that has recent pro recorded games (Black Forest in particular). Trying to revamp some strats and learn these new civs.

Also is there any websites that describe the civs and what to use them for?

I need to get a KVM for when I work from home. I would like to use the 4 monitors that I have in use for my gaming PC setup. Essentially, I have a Dell work laptop, and I would like to just hook that up and display across my 4 monitors connected to my gaming PC. I'm not sure what I'm looking for when it comes to KVMs. I have a RTX 3080 with 3 display ports and 1 HDMI port. I would be using my keyboard and mouse on my gaming rig. Can anyone assist in helping me find a suitable device to solve my issues? I would just get dell dock and 2 monitors but I would like to stay away from another desk in my house.

Also, how would the KVM work? Display would go out of my work lapt

Greetings again everyone. Hope everyone is doing good, and that you've had a successful poppy season thus far. So, as some of you may know, this is my first season growing poppies. Yesterday, my first pots of Tasmanian White flowered. Unfortunately, they were very undersized, but I got them to flower and that's my positive takeaway from all of this. I grew them late, and the summer heat seemed to stunt all of their growth. So, I know when and how to plant them outside in the fall.

Greetings, We have two one or two year old blueberry bushes. We are seeing that the stems are turning brown or red. I also noticed some of the leaves are odd with yellow with green vein like patterns. I tested the ph because I know they like acidic and the chemical test read 6.0. We put acidifier a month ago and it didn't drop it much. Is it the ph or are we lacking another nutrient? I know about blight and that's what I think but l'm not sure how to help these plants. Any advice would help! Thanks!!
