running PBO and DOCP

so, mine's idling at around 1.48 all the time. I really don't know what to make of it. it does that on all power settings, except power saver, then it will idle at 0.9V. on any kind of load, it runs at 1.38 or so.

temps are ok, it idles at mid 30s with nothing running, and low 40s with some stuff in background. mid 60s under load. makes no difference running stock settings or PBO+DOCP.

is it okay to run at 1.48 24/7? Should I manually set voltage?

for SF2, it's $430 in Canada, while $250 in US. That would make it about $330 with the exchange rate, but it's $430???? are you kidding me?
