I've been enjoying a lot of mime/baron endless runs, and I've been able to go really deep by using retcon to reroll for The Serpent to get all the way to ante 24, however, being a multiple of 8, you can't get The Serpent there, so what technology can I use to get past it? (I'm not reseting for legendaries)

I want to have a license or permit to do something. Nothing in particular, I just think it would be funny. What are some free options I can get with 0 skills whatsoever?
