I played maybe halfway through the game around when it first released, and I remember at that time I struggled with some of the bosses, with some of them taking me many tries to complete. I put the game down for a bit to focus on other things and have just returned and decided to start a new game. I'm almost through the first act and I'm realizing literally none of the bosses are challenging at all.

I do know they made certain things easier in terms of quicker healing and adding i-frames to the get-up animation, but I feel like those two things shouldn't be making it this much easier?

Or maybe I'm just mis-remembering how difficult/easy the first act was?

Hey everyone, returning to DCS after a very long break. Getting back into the F14 and used to use VAICOM including AIRIO - also had my own Voiceattack profile that supplemented some of the Jester commands that weren't available with AIRIO, so I actually liked that the Jester Wheel was completely hidden when AIRIO was enabled.

I don't know if I just updated it wrong or what, but now with the community open source VAICOM/AIRIO enabled, Jester's wheel still shows up instead of being hidden, except the background of the wheel seems missing.

Anyone know if it's supposed to be this way? I'd like to have the wheel hidden since I don't really need it and it's distracting when it pops up for a sec

Is this questline important for getting the good endings? Or does the game end early after a certain point if you missed a step in this quest? I just realized I skipped a step in this questline by advancing too far boss-wise, and now I have the option of loading up a backup save from like 20 hours ago, or to just keep going. From what I understand, it's very easy for the game to come to an early end if you don't do certain things exactly right. Am I screwed?

Thanks in advance.
