Currently, when logging assisted movements (like assisted chin up and assisted triceps dips) we input the assistance weight from the machine. It would be really helpful if the app could also calculate the actual weight lifted by allowing users to input their body weight. The app could then automatically compute:

Effective weight lifted = body weight − assistance

This would make it much easier to track true progress without needing to manually calculate it during workouts. It would also allow for smoother progression tracking from assisted to bodyweight and eventually weighted exercises.

My 7 year old has just been approved for NDIS. Child has low vision. I have planning meeting soon and was wondering what sort of devices/ items I should be asking for. Vision Australia has requested mid level technology assistance for my child due to not seeing the classroom board. Who should I be contacting for guidance on what to ask for? Also my child is at the bottom of the class (reading, writing, maths) and has trouble keeping up with her peers.

We are a group of about 20 (inclues 9 babies in car seats- we will bring our own). We are toying with the idea of having a driver take us around for a couple day trips instead of booking 2 minivans (7 seaters) and 1 sedan. We are thinking it could be cheaper and we could have a couple drinks after the beach.

Can anyone suggest any reliable companies that may offer this? I've contacted Roberts and Speedishuttle so far.
