I’m trying to understand how Samsung Canada warranty actually works when a phone changes hands, because I’m getting mixed answers from Samsung themselves.

There are obviously thousands of people buying and selling relatively new Samsung phones on Marketplace, from independent phone shops, etc. It seems hard to believe that every one of those phones effectively loses its manufacturer warranty the moment the original owner sells it.

I had an experience previously where I sold a Samsung phone and, a few months later, the buyer needed warranty service. Samsung initially wanted information relating to me as the original purchaser, and I had to help the buyer get the claim processed.

I keep seeing people say Nani should stop trying to be an action hero and go back to the kind of rom-coms/light movies he’s actually good at. But I think we’re missing what he’s trying to do. Nani is around 40 now. How many actors built long careers staying as the rom-com/boy-next-door hero? Compare that with guys like Chiranjeevi or Rajinikanth who could still be mainstream leads well into their 50s and 60s because their image could evolve with age. I don’t think Nani suddenly believes he’s a mass hero. I think he knows he can’t keep doing Ala Modalaindi type roles forever either. So this probably isn’t just about pan-India. He’s trying to figure out what the next 15–20 years of his career

I was on the fence at launch about moving from my S26 Ultra to the Fold Ultra, so I ended up sitting out the initial Samsung promotions. Now I’ve pretty much decided I want to make the switch, but with Apple’s iPhone 18/Fold launch coming up, I’m wondering if I should hold off a little longer. For those who’ve followed Samsung launches over the years, does Samsung usually run any good trade-in offers or promos around the time new iPhones launch? Or are the best Fold deals generally the launch/preorder ones and I’ve already missed the boat? Curious what you guys have seen in previous years.

Anyone here using their Fold 7 phones to access and use offline LLMs? I was curious and installed PockerPal AI and another similar app. I downloaded a small 2.5GB Q1- uncensored model through hugging face and the experience is very bad. there is so much lag. I know big models wont run well but this is pretty small. Am I missing anything? any suggestions for better working set up. I am looking to have some general purpose low footprint models on my phone. Thanks.

Gemini voice read out( not the live mode) is stopping reading as soon as the screen turns off unlike media apps that continue to play audio even if the screen is off. I'm trying to circumvent this by creating a routine that changes screen timeout time to 2 min but it's not working/routine not running.

I am using"app opened" as the condition for this.

Let me know if there is any alternative solution too please. I am using z fold 7/one UI 8. Thanks
