For the first time since In like 6 years, this is the longest I have gone completely sober (week here or their on family vacations where it wasn’t as bad), day 1-2 I couldn’t eat anything even if I tried, was trying to hydrate as much as possible, bad hot flashes and sweating at night and I felt my heart beating out of my chest. Yesterday was first day I could eat a little, like Cheetos and snacks, can see some redness on my face (but it’s also really cold here). I can feel myself dehydrated so I’m drinking a lot and today finally have 2 full sized meals but still having trouble sleeping. Did have a much better day than I have in a while wish makes me hopeful, but has anyone gone through sim
