My PO 43.5mm has finally gotten out of service and has now entered quality control. What's the time frame I can roughly expect for the quality control process to complete and the watch to ship out?

After reading all of the posts of people and their 6 month long service experiences, I was wondering if someone could chime in on the progress of my repair and whether it seems fast or slow:

Service Status

• Service Received 05/13/2026 - COMPLETE
• Technical Diagnosis 05/14/2026 - COMPLETE
• Service Approved 05/19/2026 - COMPLETE
• Waiting for Parts 05/21/2026 - COMPLETE
• Service in Process 05/22/2026 - IN PROGRESS

Seems like it's moving along faster than I would have thought it would have. For reference, they're replacing the dial and the crown under warranty, along with doing a complete service. The only thing I'm paying for is a replacement crystal, but judging by the service track

About two weeks back I made a post asking about warranty coverage and yesterday Omega updated my customer portal that they were covering the dial, crown, and doing a full maintenance service under warranty. I'm also having them replace the crystal. My question now is what kind of wait should I expect to have between the time I signed off on the estimate and when I receive the completed watch? Thanks!

I have a question regarding warranty coverage on what the likelihood of my repairs being covered are. I recently picked up a Planet Ocean second hand and I noticed a few days after buying it that the dial had a few small cracks extending out from the corners of the date window. I looked the watch over and didn't notice any signs of impact. There were a few nicks and scratches here and there, but nothing I wouldn't consider normal for an almost five year old watch. I sent the PO in and the service tracker was updated yesterday with the following noted conditions:

• Case shows signs of shock
• The crystal is marked and/or scratched
• The dial is damaged
• The movement has low amplitude
• A co
