PSA: you can turn bloody token gear into tier. AND you get unlimited catalyst charges once you acquire 4-piece

A new feature of this expansion is an infinite amount of catalyst charges drop from all content once you acquire 4 piece.

This means that it’s ok to have raid finder tier and it’s ok to spend conquest on non-tier pieces. Just turn your bloody tokens into tier pieces and you can spend your conquest over time however you like without having to worry.

Also you very much want to fill your vault even if it’s low item level!

New way to socket helms?

I hear in 11.1 you can spend conquest to add pvp item level to PVE items. Does that mean you can spend conquest to make a raid/M+ helm into pvp, then add a pvp socket to helm for example?
