I'm back

My Story

TW: miscarriage. I'm probably not in the "secondary infertility" category yet as we've only been trying for 8 (nonconsecutive)months, but I'm back to spiraling for sure. It took 2.5 years for me to get pregnant the first time, then we had 2 happy accidents after. This season of ttc I've had my first miscarriage at 7weeks which shattered us to peices. We took 4 months off to heal and have started trying again. It's been 7 years since opks and staring at cervical mucus, but here I am. Its been so long that I am having to do all the research over again. I forgot the stress of timing when to BD, and being upset when it's not possible at the right times, feeling like a month is wasted. And no

My middle child is getting up every single night multiple times a night crying or saying she doesn't want to sleep in her bed. This started when we switched her out of her toddler bed to a twin 2 months ago. Everything else about her room and nighttime routine is the same. Prior to this, she was an amazing sleeper. Always went down easy and slept all through the night 95% of the time. Since this started she's either been sleeping in our bed or I'll sleep in her bed, this is so she doesn't wake up my other kids and cause more problems and tears. When we sleep with her, we dont get any sleep because she is the hash slinging slasher in her slumber. I've never seen a person move so much i

I usually have 2ish days of brown dischargy days before I even start the red spotting and then full bleeding. If I tracked my period all days that any amount of blood came out of me it would honestly be like 10-11 days of a "period". That being said, when do you "start" your cycle? I'm wondering if I'm getting inaccurate dates because I'm tracking incorrectly.

5, 3 and 2 year old kids. They really rely on me playing with them or being involved with their activity, setting up a craft, setting up a special toy thats not out all the time, etc. If not, they are up my butt WHINING. Snacks, bored, I want this, I want that, mom play with me, or literally destroying things, rinse and repeat. Instead of redirecting them and correcting them to the point of getting sooooo frustrated and yelling, I just literally ignored them. I did my dishes or laundry or whatever and completely ignored the whining and questions and something magical happened. They started playing MAKE BELIEVE and they BUILT A FORT all unprompted. Together. I could not believe it !! They pla

Why is it so expensive? I'm paying 300 for 100 tabs which is a little over a months supply for my dog. I cant afford that long term. What can I do? Any tips ? I purchased from chewy recommended by my vet because it was even more costly to purchase from the vet.

I've torn apart a few pairs of shoes taking my hour long morning walks everyday. Who knew just walking could do that? What are the best walking shoes? I dont need anything fancy, I just want them to last lol. I dont have any foot ailments. Thank you!

I took my kids to the zoo today and didn't have access to a ton of water. Its my fault for not hauling more. Now here I am chugging half a gallon before bed. Here's to a night of many bathroom trips lol.

Bleeding at 6 weeks

Content Warning

4th pregnancy, I've never bled with the others not even 1 drop so I am freaking out a bit. Its not spotting anymore, I would call it a light period with some small clots. Mild cramping. This has been happening for 2 days. What am I supposed to do? Every OB is scheduled out into the end of june. Do I really have to wait until my 12 week ultrasound to see if it is viable? I dont want to go to the ER if they aren't going to do anything but send me home with a massive bill. Any advice or reassurance would be so helpful!

Everywhere says exercising is safe as long as you were doing it before you were pregnant. Well I started training for a 5k and doing HIIT body weight exercises literally 2 weeks before I FOUND out I was pregnant (but i was already pregnant for weeks unbeknownst to me). It has worked wonders for my mental, physical, sleep health, energy levels. Prior to starting this regimen, I was extremely sedentary, literally zero. I dont want to stop but I don't want to harm my baby. Has anyone started working out when they were pregnant? I will obviously be discussing things with my doctor at my appt, but I just wanted to hear thoughts/ experiences here. Going back to sedentary (unhealthy)lifestyle j

My cousin has 4 toddlers due to having triplets and is clearly overwhelmed because the house is in a state that doesnt seem safe. There's moldy food and plates with old food on every surface. The basement smells soaked in urine. I want to help but dont really know how to offer it without offending her. We arent close at all but I saw the state of things at a birthday party they hosted recently and shes been on my heart since.

I know there are mp3 players out there but my neice specifically wants to listen to music from her moms apple music account. She is 13 and isn't allowed to have a smartphone yet. I have an old 132gig ipod that still turns on and plays the music already on it that i could give her but I have no idea if these work with itunes/apple anymore as I am an android user lol.

I am so impatient and want to plant so badly! When's the earliest I can plant in 4b? Some say after mother's day which is now, some say not until June 😭. I dont want to kill my plants but I also want them to get out of their tiny containers so they can grow!

I have white pines on my land and grass will not grow there. I saw somewhere that blueberry plants thrive under pine trees and it unlocked a memory of my childhood cabin growing up which was deep in the woods. The entire forest floor was covered in blueberry plants for acres and every July we would fill so many buckets with blueberries. But everywhere online says blueberries need full sun. Is there a certain kind of blueberry plant that doesn't? There isn't full sun under pine trees so I'm conflicted.

I live in the US, and yes, on paper I make good money, if it was 10 years ago and if I was single with no kids. We have zero "fun" expenses. No streaming services. no video games. We never go out to eat. No amazon subscription. Old cellphones. Old clothes. My spouse and I haven't been on a "money spending" date in years. Literally every expense we have is mandatory. After mortgage, utilities, student loans, medical bills, preschool, credit card bills, I am left with $480 a month for food and gas for my family of 5. This explains the credit card debt. Its not enough. We dont even have car payments. We drive junkers. Monthly take home income is between 5k and 6k a month but I have 5 hundred
